4.  User's Legal Obligations and Commitments

You agree not to engage in any illegal activities or use the Service to infringe the rights of others, and you agree to comply with all relevant laws and international practices related to using the Internet, as well as any laws applicable to your country or region if you are not from Taiwan. 4.3  The use of text, symbols, photos, pictures that contain strong portrayals of race, nationality, religion, political orientation, gender discrimination, hatred, terror, bloodiness, brutality, perversion, nudity, sexual innuendo, and other scenarios.


4.4  Infringing or damaging the reputation, privacy, trade secrets, trademark rights, copyright, patent rights, portrait rights, other intellectual property rights, and other rights of TinTint or others.


4.5  Violating the confidentiality obligations under applicable laws or this Agreement.


4.6  Impersonating or stealing others' accounts to use the Service.


4.7  Maliciously criticizing or transmitting computer viruses or other forms of malware, which TinTint regards as improper behavior.


4.8  Engaging in unauthorized commercial activities with TinTint.


4.9  Using messages, blogs, or other means on the Website or related services to disseminate marketing messages, advertisements, or other information that infringes on others' intellectual property rights or violates laws.


4.10  Behaviors that cause annoyance, displeasure, or violate general online etiquette for other users or third parties using the Service.


4.11  Other behaviors that are not in line with the intended use of the Service or that TinTint has legitimate reasons to believe are inappropriate.



5.  Service interruption or termination

TinTint will make every effort to ensure that your production data and personal information are properly encrypted during transmission, but the company assumes no responsibility for protection against personal communication network use or virus attacks. During the use of this service, TinTint reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the service at any time due to unforeseeable equipment failures, electronic communication service interruptions, maintenance and repair of electronic communication equipment, or other uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters. 6.15  Minimum Data Collection: TinTint follows the principle of collecting the least amount ofdata. Even with legitimate requests, we will only provide the minimum necessary data to protectusers' privacy.


6.16  Record Keeping: TinTint will keep detailed records of all government data requests,including our responses, legal reasoning, and involved participants. These records will be savedfor future review and as legal evidence if needed.

In addition to the above, TinTint's website will retain relevant records generated by the server when you browse or query the Internet, including the IP address of the connection device you use, the time of use, the browser used, browsing and clicking data records, etc. TinTint’s website will identify the browser of individual connections and summarize the web pages that users' browsers have viewed on TinTint‘s website. 8.  Trading Behavior

8.1  The mail-order service provided by TinTint website is for personalized product customization and sales on behalf of the consumer. Each product is personalized and not mass-produced, therefore, the service does not provide a 7-day appraisal period for online shopping. Consumers agree to complete the purchase process after designing and confirming the final draft, reading the terms of service, and making the payment. Orders cannot be canceled arbitrarily. If the company deems it inappropriate or causes damage to the company, the company may refuse to continue the transaction and the related fees (such as handling fees) incurred by canceling the order will be borne by the consumer.


8.2  The copyright of products purchased fromTinTint that are not self-edited belongs to the product author.TinTint is not responsible for disputes or issues arising from the content of the product. TinTint is only responsible for the shopping process and product printing and packaging.


8.3  When completing the shopping process and placing an order, you confirm that the order information you have provided is correct, including but not limited to the recipient's name, delivery address, contact number, invoice title, unified business number, product specifications, and quantity. TinTint is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by the customer. The electronic order form generated during the ordering process is the basis for the order content.


8.4  If you encounter missing pages, dropping pages, binding errors, or other issues that can be attributed to the company and are not caused by intentional human damage before using the product, you may request a resolution within 7 days after receiving the product. The company will provide a resolution based on your feedback and confirmation of the cause.


8.5  In addition to the services used by paid members, the company reserves the right to add or modify storage space. The company will periodically backup data and files used on the TinTint website, but is not responsible for data that has been deleted or backup failures.


9. Limitation and exclusion of advertising liability

Without the express written consent of TinTint, no advertising messages may be posted on this website. Any advertising content, display samples, or promotional messages posted on this website are provided by the advertiser or service provider. Any transactional behavior between consumers and advertisers or service providers is unrelated to TinTint.


10. Protection of Intellectual Property Rights

10.1 The software or programs used by TinTint and all content on the website, including but not limited to works, images, files, information, data, website architecture, website layout, web page design, are all intellectual property owned by TinTint or other rights holders in accordance with the law, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyright, trade secrets, and proprietary technologies. No one may use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, perform, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble them without permission. 10.2 The copyright of the objects used in TinTint editing software and website, including but not limited to images, text, layout, style, stickers, belongs to TinTint. The uploaded photos, text, and images generated by the consumer editor belong to the original maker of the editor, and both parties shall bear legal responsibility for the information source and copyright provided by them. You acknowledge and agree that the content (such as photos, images, and text) used in the product you created is not owned by a third party, and if there is any illegal or infringing behavior, the consumer shall bear the liability for damages and has no objection to it.


10.3 TinTint will do its best to ensure the security of all personal and file data, and will not allow them to be disseminated or leaked. If there is any infringement of intellectual property rights on TinTint's website, please provide the details of the infringement and contact information, and attach a true statement and a declaration of legitimate intellectual property rights, and contact TinTint via email at 'mail@tintint.com'.
